Very, very nice. Have you used one styled like the bigger one much? I'm wondering about the handiness, or lack thereof, of not having the face of the hammer poll square to the haft.

Nock - I haven't used it yet, but I have to tell you that I think that poll was meant for hammering skulls rather than tent stakes. If you look at Mark Miller's site, he has a category called "hammer poll tomahawks" which have those longer, narrower polls (round, square, or octagonal), many of which have that slight down angle. www.furtradetomahawks.com/hammer-polled-tomahawks---12.html

Both are very nice! I prefer the one with the straight poll since I have only pegs to hammer (even though there is an occasional skull that could use an "adjustment")...
