Finished up a roon dyed sheath for my new blade. The simplicity and chemical results of this solution never ceases to amaze me. No wonder it's been around for centuries and still it makes me ponder just how the olden boys figured this stuff out...

Simple sheath sewn with linen thread and finished in beeswax.

I like the roon dye as well, problem is one quickly runs out of projects to use it on! lol
