I had already been hearing rumors that Estes, mostly known for making engines for model rockets, had bought the Minden, LA. Goex facility. These rumors seemed pretty legit but gave no indication that this meant that Estes would be producing black powder for the muzzleloading shooter community. They also make things for Gov't and defense contracts.

While they don't come right out and say that they will be making black powder for folks like us, I am taking the line,

to mean just that.
