Just learned that a fellow I met too few times passed away in April.
Christian Wig, Salineville OH, was a student of the F&I War, author, and musician, who played fiddle and banjo in very old, traditional styles. He played some at Fort Frederick, so some of you may have heard him. He also wrote a book on Christopher Gist, titled "Annosanah".
I'm not good at posting links, but you can google his obit, which has a nice picture of him in period clothing. Fortunately, I have a few of his Cds.
