I tried making a Penobscot bow when I was into primitive archery and building bows. I blew up the smaller bow on the back the 1st time. And after that just couldn't seem to get things to balance out right. It is an interesting design concept.
I notice that he didn't show the "real work." Making good arrows. Building a more basic bow that will at least shoot isn't that hard. Building good primitive arrows is a lot of time and work. That's why I cheat and use "traditional" shafts and components, instead of primitive, 😆
