That was EXCELLENT I loved the live fire drill they used and the real time info it produced !! Certainly a neat video. Wish they had a bigger firing line to simulate which would have dramatically increased the damage. When the smoke clears it seriously is an eye opener to think those men had some unrelenting control to stare down the enemies line of musket bores.

I congratulate them for introducing getting the soldiers heart rates higher and using the smoke bombs and firecrackers. I've not seen that done before on other videos.
At the Battle of Breed's Hill (aka Bunker Hill) it is pretty well documented the British Soldiers advanced to between 50 and 60 yards before stopping to fire.. The results from this Video and the accuracy at 50 yards, tend to demonstrate why they did it.
Patriot Colonel John Stark (who had been an officer in Rogers Rangers during the FIW) brought his command up to support the position on Breed's Hill and was told to take up the position he thought best. Stark put his Connecticut Regiment on the left flank and had range stakes driven into the ground 40 yards in front of his men. Stark forbade his men to fire before the British were at or passed the range stakes, under rather severe punishment for anyone who fired too soon. Stark's men cut down so many British Soldiers each time, they only advanced twice before going back to their boats and leaving.
Thanks for linking the video!
