I don't know him, but browsing through the site I see a lot of items which I have collected and discussed on various boards, some of which he quotes from me directly. He seems to give the date fairly regularly, but the sources of the item not so much. I would guess that the site is generally reliable. There is a lot of data there.
One thing I don't like is that every time I access the first/home page it downloads a music file to my computer. If I look at 6 major categories from the home page and return each time for another, I wind up with 6 copies of the music. No, thank you.

Fortunately, on my smartphone it downloads it the 1st time, but then asks if I want to download it again each time it comes up, which is irritating but I don't wind up with multiples of that same file, on my computer, the computer asks if I want to download it so I "just say no," (Nancy would be so proud). |

Nock,
When I was first returning to the lifestyle I found this site and although at that time I didn't look to verify his info ("trust but verify..." just like Ol' Ronald would!! and Nancy IS proud of you!!) I was impressed with it.
I actually did correspond with him for a brief time and then lost contact for some reason...maybe my Noob questions annoyed him, not sure.
