This game sounds like like a fun one for you. Something similar to it was played among the Mohawks, too, and described by James Smith while he was their captive 1755-60. From a complaint being lodged against a magistrate in Virginia... THE VIRGINIA GAZETTE 2 June 29, 1769 To the Right Honourable NORBORNE Baron de BOTETOURT, his Majesty's Lieutenant and Governor General of the colony and dominion of Virginia, and Vice Admiral of the same, and to the rest of the Judges of his Majesty's Honourable Council . [clip] Whilst, my hands, my Lord, are employed in a work I must think laudable and commendable pardon me for informing you something about the life and common conversation of this his Majesty's representative, David Christopher . Drunkenness is his open and daily practice; gaming of every kind, with any, or at any time; will he deny, even at the common ordinaries, sitting upon his breech in the ashes, from Saturday evening until the rising of the sun on the Sabbath morning, playing at the same time the black guard game called bussel cap, with five corns, with his nose bent down within six inches to a parcel of chunks, to give him light, and whilst engaged in those ungenteel practices his conversation is filled with filth and the highest corruption. Now, to conclude, may it please your Excellency, if it is your pleasure to be further satisfied on the occasion, and to save expence, you will allow depositions as evidence, let me know your pleasure, and depositions to prove every charge shall be sent you in a reasonable time. For a card game a bit more sedate, how about a nice game of cribbage? It's very old, boards were offered for sale in the day, and gambling is allowed.
The Pennsylvania Gazette November 10, 1763 They have likewise imported, in the above Vessel, the most elegant Assortment of Goods that were every seen in this Country, consisting of the following Articles, viz..... Swords, and Cutteaus de Chase, and neat Foils for Fencing; .... Silk Sashes and Gorgets, for Officers on Duty; fine Silver and Steel mounted Fuzees, with Bayonets, for Officers; fine Silver mounted Guns, for Fowling;.... neat Cribbage Boards and Pegs; Quail and Dog Calls, for Fowling; Partridge and Quail Nets, for Ditto; neat Powder Flasks and Shot Pouches; Chess Men; Cock Spurs, or Gaffs, for the Royal Pastime of Cock Fighting;
The Pennsylvania Gazette January 5, 1774 NICHOLAS BROOKS, The second door above the Coffee house, in Market street, has just imported, from London and elsewhere, a curious Collection of various GOODS, --- goggles to defend the eyes; battledores and shuttlecocks; cane strings; pen engines; folding cribbage boards; draught boards; pistol tinder boxes;

Sorry, I don't have one in my files. A search for antique cribbage board shows a wide variety of them.

Got the Crown and anchor dice ordered, not period materials but will get me started. Just need to make a board or felt or something out of leather. Also found a source for blank bone dice that I can eventually make my own Crown and Anchor dice from
