I am planning to list one of my two Mike Brooks Carolina guns on TOW this spring (or once the COVID-19 craziness settles down), but wanted to put it out to the group first, in case there is interest.
This one is in 20 gauge/.62, R.E. Davis round-faced English trade lock, custom Hoyt 47 and 3/8" barrel, hand cut and engraved brass hardware and PC rear sight. Stock is beech (like the original "Bumford gun" in the Williamsburg collection). PC proofs on barrel (including "London"). This beauty weighs in at a slim 6 lbs.
This is as HC/PC as it gets for a .ca. 1700-1780 English trade gun from one of the best makers out there. As of last I checked when I had it's sister gun in 28 gauge made a couple years ago, Mike has a nearly two year backlog of orders.
If there is serious interest, I would be happy to send pics upon request. Asking $2000 shipped and insured in CONUS.
