Always awesome stuff Keith.
Question: what do you you for a stopper for your gourd canteen? Cork? My gourd opening is so wide I have not been able to find a cork big enough. Thought about maybe turning a wood plug of some kind but I wondered what you do and what "they" did back then.

I am using a wooden stopper Armando, but cork would be just as authentically correct. woodsrunnersdiary.blogspot.com/search?q=corkKeith.
