Smoked squirrel yesterday at work for a pre independence celebration lunch. Multiple co-workers have never had such a delicious meal and after countless mental beatings for being an avid squirrel hunter... tunes changed. I'm always one who loves introducing the less fortunate into the realm of what nature provides and how delicious her offerings can be. Hated busting into my squirrel stash because I don't like sharing! Haha.
